A Psychology graduate of Nottingham University, Nick Brice enjoyed a career at American Express, holding roles such as Business Analyst/Project Coordinator HR systems, HR Officer, Communications Producer and Manager of Management Development and Training for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In the latter role he won a management award of excellence for developing and delivering a management curriculum across 22 countries.

As a consultant and partner with the global people development company TMI, and as founder of 360 Degree Vision, Nick Brice has some 25 years of development and delivery experience of research-led conference, training, workshop and consulting solutions for a wide array of small, medium and large companies. Nick’s presentation style is warm, dynamic and engaging with a mix of humour and seriousness. He has created effective and memorable events and development programmes for all levels of participant.

He has compiled a range of involvement methods and inputs to bring key messages to life that have their origins in strategic planning, dance, theatre, sport and art. Nick believes that engaging people at the deepest level is often facilitated by adopting a multi-disciplinary approach. Nick Brice is co-author of the book ‘Brand Alchemy’ (2007 Blackhall Publishing), a valuable toolkit for clients building branded customer experiences through their people.

Nick also runs a multi-award winning theatre production company – White Room Theatre.

He has recently been working with Brighton and Hove Albion at the American Express Community Stadium on a strategic customer experience development programme and also creative team culture development at Sky TV. Nick works with strong partners to help clients find creative ways to help organisations engage people at a deeper, personal level in optimising their talents and championing the strategic priorities of the business. Nick’s work has seen him engage audiences of 5 to 500 in his key subject areas of:
