<p>The brief was to develop a programme to enable staff to engage in the new company value, thereby ensuring a higher and more consistent quality of service.</p>

<p>Deliver insights to deepen understanding of the working environment in order to facilitate change. Using research interviews <strong>VerbatimPlayback™</strong> actors represented the voice of staff to leaders as if engaged in two-way conversations. <p>Working with the Housing Association provided one of the first success stories for the <strong>Verbatim Playback™</strong> team. The brief was to enable staff to better understand the issues and experiences of their service users and to ensure that, as vulnerable members of society, their voice was fairly represented.</p>
<p>The solution?</p>
<p>Using the unique <a title="VerbatimPlayback™ Process" href="http://www.verbatimplayback.co.uk/verbatimplayback-process/">process</a>, staff were able to relate to the actors as if they were real service users and the event facilitated a powerful understanding of the service user within the Association.</p>
