Deliver insights to deepen understanding of the working environment in order to facilitate change. Using research interviews VerbatimPlayback™ actors represented the voice of staff to leaders as if engaged in two-way conversations. The programme proved to be a dramatically compelling solution in helping to gain access to information allowing a improved customer experience as a direct consequence of gaining a better understanding of staff experiences.

Working with the Housing Association provided one of the first success stories for the Verbatim Playback™ team. The brief was to enable staff to better understand the issues and experiences of their service users and to ensure that, as vulnerable members of society, their voice was fairly represented.

The solution?

Using the unique process, staff were able to relate to the actors as if they were real service users and the event facilitated a powerful understanding of the service user within the Association.

As a result staff pledged to implement a range of specific and significant changes when working with service users.
