Ruth Ospalla is a Human Resources (HR) consultant specialising in HR Management, Coaching, Facilitation and Mediation. Ruth works in partnership with Blue Chip companies, public sector organisations, small to medium sized enterprise to support their HR managers and employees at all levels. Her role is to help find, select, recruit and develop the best talent. Using an in-depth understanding of the balance between business and HR practice, Ruth adds value by challenging the status quo to influence the transformation from a defined culture. In addition to recruitment, performance management, people development and operational HR, Ruth has extensive Trade Union and employee relations experience. She maintains a solid understanding of the day-to-day operational HR challenges and keeps up-to-date with ongoing changes to EU employment law.

Since relocating from London to the South Coast in 2007, Ruth has worked alongside Nick Brice to support the transition from the Withdean and Goldstone grounds to the exciting new Amex Stadium. Ruth is committed to corporate social responsibility working as Non-Executive Director/Trustee with the Sussex Autistic Society adding HR expertise at a time of significant change for the charity and volunteer Mentor on the Working Together Project with Community Leaders and with Business Action on Homelessness offering HR expertise to individuals to help with interview skills and confidence building.
