Since the beginning of the season (Sept 2016) we’ve been helping create a powerful set of VerbatimPlayback experiences to add impact and authenticity to our sister company 360 Degree Vision’s Team Brighton programme and the Amex Stadium.

We’re created animated experiences of a running team leader-team member mini-drama, where the delegates direct, instruct, coach and engage with our actors.

In the latest module ‘Reviewing Performance’ we’re giving leaders a full immersion in the inner voices of a range of their employees to develop fresh insights into leading them to the Premier League!

industry awards this year for the depth and breadth of the services they

provide key customer and supporter segments.

We’re also working on a range of Inspirational Leader development tools &

2015 has been an exciting year!

The verbatim we developed for American Express Community Stadium and Brighton & Hove Albion FC has featured strongly this year in a number of keynotes & interactive sessions at Customer Contact Centre Summit in Toronto, the Employee Engagement Summit and Customer Engagement Summit in November; Our SAVE verbatim continue to help drive sustainable business practices through the ISO programme.

We’ve been working on some video-based versions of VerbatimPlayback material for the new Team Leaders’ Academy in our new recording studio, where we can now not only develop and rehearse live verbatim for programmes, we can also quickly turn them into assets for live and online events. We’re now working on whole range of new stories for a major rollout in 2016 – watch this space!

Person-Centred Care Conference

A great conference! Our verbatims have helped Vision Call explore the notion of patient-centered care in some specially constructed large group immersions – delegates encountered the verbatims of optometrists and care home managers as well as some good old forum theatre sessions looking at handling elderly patients successfully. Over 300 people experiencing authentic contact experiences in a workshop environment – less powerpoint, more immersion/experience! Together with 360 Degree Vision we helped Melanie at Grow Your Potential create some interactive work-sessions around these experiences to make sure the key messages got home.

Our client has won the prestigious Stadium Experience Award for Best Stewarding & Safety operation. We helped create a range of verbatims of different fan and customer segments as part of our 360 Degree Vision Team Brighton programme to help the club’s leaders and staff experience the feelings and perceptions in planning the development of the customer experience.

Brighton’s approach to Away Fan experience has been see as a benchmark in modern venue operations management.

Triple Award Winners 360 Degree Vision in this Month’s Training Journal

360 Degree Vision feature with Brighton & Hove Albion in this month’s edition of Training Journal.

The partnership between 360 Degree Vision and our client Brighton & Hove Albion won an impressive three awards at the prestigious Training Journal Awards, paying tribute to the Team Brighton culture change and customer service programme at the Amex.

The partnership were awarded gold in all three categories nominated for, starting with the Best Learning Partnership and quickly completing the hat-trick, adding the Best Change Management Programme and Best Leadership Programme to the final awards tally.

Albion’s Head of HR Rose Read said, ” The club has been on an incredible journey these past two years and the Team Brighton programme enabled us to reach high standards for our supporters and our customers throughout the transition to the American Express Community Stadium.

“We have a fantastic group of staff here at Brighton and these awards are testament to the hard work and dedication of everybody at the club. A special thank you goes to our training partner Nick Brice from 360 Degree Vision who was pivotal in bringing the Team Brighton concept to life.”

Using recorded interviews with a cross section of businesses throughout the events industry we have designed an imaginative and engaging introduction to their programme which is available to companies who subscribe to SAVE. This online training experience is included in their subscription.
