<p>The solution?</p>
<p>Deliver insights to deepen understanding of the working environment in order to facilitate change. Using research interviews <strong>VerbatimPlayback™</strong> actors represented the voice of staff to leaders as if engaged in two-way conversations. The <strong>VerbatimPlayback™</strong> process proved to be a dramatically compelling solution in helping to gain access to information allowing a improved customer experience as a direct consequence of gaining a better understanding of staff experiences.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Team Brighton had a fantastic day workshopping, presenting and discussing their new Team Vision and Values with 300+ people!  A day none of us will forget with football playing stilt walkers, jugglers and some Singing Seagulls Supporters topped off with a speech from Gus Poyet!</p>
<p>We presented our Fan <strong>VerbatimPlayback™ </strong>on a stage in front of 500 Team Brighton staff members using 6 of our actors - including one of our very talented disabled actors who was presenting the story of a life-long Brighton fan who is also in a wheelchair. They performed an insightful, moving, entertaining but most importantly, as ever with <strong>VerbatimPlayback™</strong>, truthful presentation of the interviewee&#8217;s experiences.</p>

<p><strong>VerbatimPlayback</strong>™ is an insight, development and training tool to access and work with the inner voice of the people important to your business.</p>
<p>Derived from the Latin Verbum, the exact definition of verbatim is &#8216;<em>word for word</em>&#8216;, which quite literally means repeating the words that were initially used. For this reason it is a very powerful tool of communication as there is no room for mis-interpretation.</p>
<p>Exactly, to the letter, literally, faithfully, truthfully, rigorously, precise, unabridged and undeviating are some of the many words that can be used to describe verbatim and help to illustrate why it is such a useful tool in both theatre and in the media.</p>
<p>It was this that inspired us to develop a way of using verbatim in the corporate world. It has helped many companies in a number of different areas of business including retail, catering, local councils and the sports industry.</p>
<p>Verbatim, as a tool of communication, allows you to powerfully present the truth.</p>
