We’ve been working on some video-based versions of VerbatimPlayback material for the new Team Leaders’ Academy in our new recording studio, where we can now not only develop and rehearse live verbatim for programmes, we can also quickly turn them into assets for live and online events.  We’re now working on whole range of new stories for a major rollout in 2016 – watch this space!

The partnership between 360 Degree Vision and our client  Brighton & Hove Albion won an impressive three awards at the prestigious Training Journal Awards, paying tribute to the Team Brighton culture change and customer service programme at the Amex.

The partnership were awarded gold in all three categories nominated for, starting with the Best Learning Partnership and quickly completing the hat-trick, adding the Best Change Management Programme and Best Leadership Programme to the final awards tally.

Albion’s Head of HR Rose Read said, ” The club has been on an incredible journey these past two years and the Team Brighton programme enabled us to reach high standards for our supporters and our customers throughout the transition to the American Express Community Stadium.

Using recorded interviews with a cross section of businesses throughout the events industry we have designed an imaginative and engaging introduction to their programme which is available to companies who subscribe to SAVE. This online training experience is included in their subscription.

After just one year in operation, the new Amex stadium also made the top 5 shortlist for best customer experience alongside venues such as The Etihad, Manchester City as well as top 5 shortlist for best venue globally.

Nick Brice, MD of 360 Degree Vision, the events and training specialists who spearheaded the transformation of the team responsible for staffing and running the new stadium, offered his congratulations.
